System Requirements

IISLogs is is itself a managed EXE, and therefore requires that the .NET Framework 1.1 to-be installed in order to run. 

Following operating systems supported by IISLogs

• Windows XP professional — w/.NET framework 1.1 installed
• Windows 2000 (Professional, Server, Advanced Server) — w/.NET framework 1.1 installed
• Windows 2003 Server (Web, Standard, Enterprise)

To obtain the 1.1 framework, visit Microsoft.com website to download the redist version. 
Note: IISLogs doesn’t require the .NET Framework SDK to run.
